This installer also work in Windows 10 but you might get a warning since the app is "unknown" to Windows. Pro is not available in all countries due to lack of MS Store end user taxation management (I have no resources to handle that myself). It's definitely worth a try, especially since it's free. I preferred Visum Photo Viewer over the Microsoft Photos app for my workflow, which consists of browsing through hundreds of photos to pick out a few that I like.
But it's called Visum Photo Viewer not Visum Photo Editor, so its feature set isn't surprising. You can only perform basic image edits, and the app lacks a video editor, even for trimming content.
